 mbiando. Nei diversi eventi organizzati da IIBA Italy Chapter\, come nel B
 AWI 2023\, abbiamo approfondito le competenze “hard” del moderno Busin
 ess Analyst e rielaborato il BA Core Concept Model.\nOltre alle competenze
  “hard”\, ci sono anche quelle che il BABoK Guide chiama “Underlying
  Competencies”\, ovvero “competenze di base” o “power skills”\, 
 che descrivono conoscenze\, comportamenti\, caratteristiche e qualità per
 sonali dei Business Analyst. Molto spesso queste competenze fanno la diffe
 renza sul risultato finale del lavoro del Business Analyst.\nIn BAWI 2024 
 vogliamo riflettere in modo specifico su questo insieme di competenze\, pe
 r comprendere meglio perché e come stanno cambiando nell’era della comp
 lessità. Abbiamo invitato aziende\, associazioni e professionisti\, itali
 ani e internazionali\, per discutere di come queste competenze si stanno e
 volvendo nel mondo della complessità\, quale impatto hanno le nuove tecno
 logie\, come le organizzazioni stanno rispondendo alle sfide che si trovan
 o ad affrontare ogni giorno.\n\n\n[English]\nBusiness Analysis competencie
 s in the modern era are changing. In the various events organized by IIBA 
 Italy Chapter\, such as in BAWI 2023\, we made a deep dive in the "hard" s
 kills of the modern Business Analyst and re-elaborated the BA Core Concept
  Model.\nIn addition to the "hard" skills\, there are also what the Babok 
 Guide calls "Underlying Competencies"\, or “basic skills” or “power 
 skills”\, which describe the knowledge\, behaviours\, characteristics an
 d personal qualities of the Business Analysts. Very often these skills mak
 e the difference on the end result of the Business Analyst's work.\nIn BAW
 I 2024 we want to reflect specifically on this set of competencies\, to be
 tter understand why and how they are changing in the era of complexity. We
  have invited Companies\, Associations and Professionals\, Italian and Int
 ernationally based\, to discuss how these competencies are evolving in the
  world of complexity\, what impact have the new technologies\, how organiz
 ations are responding to the challenges that are facing every day.\n\n
